The Historic Market Hall
Step into the world of timeless harmonies and unforgettable melodies with Old Friends, a tribute that brings Simon & Garfunkel’s iconic sound back to life. Feel every note of classics like Mrs. Robinson, The Sound of Silence, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Homeward Bound, Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard, Kodachrome, Cecilia, and more.
Act 1 takes you back to the beginnings—two school friends forging a sound that would define a generation, performing their early hits as a tight acoustic duo. Then, Act 2 transforms into a full-scale recreation of the legendary 1981 Central Park concert, complete with a full band delivering both Simon & Garfunkel classics and Paul Simon’s solo gems.
David Skolnick channels Paul Simon, Danny Zaidman embodies Art Garfunkel, with John Collin on drums and Abbey Sholzberg on bass. It’s a musical journey through nostalgia, mastery, and the songs that have stayed with us for decades.
