Foreign Journey A Tribute to Foreigner & Journey

Nov 6, 2026 8:00 PM
Showplace Performance Centre

Foreign Journey is built for the big-room, fists-in-the-air end of the classic-rock spectrum — the part where melody ruled, choruses landed like weather systems, and nobody was embarrassed to aim for glory. This high-energy tribute pulls from the twin empires of Foreigner and Journey, two bands that turned heartbreak, longing, and arena-sized ambition into a permanent part of the FM dial.

Backed by five polished, world-class musicians, the show leans into the look, sound, and full-throttle spirit of both groups, delivering the hits with the kind of discipline that matters to fans who know every turn of phrase and every keyboard swell. “Cold As Ice.” “I Want to Know What Love Is.” “Don’t Stop Believin’.” “Faithfully.” The songs are performed in their original keys — no ducking the high notes, no softening the edges.

But this night comes with more than nostalgia attached. The performance also supports MS Canada, with proceeds helping fund programs and services for people and families living with multiple sclerosis, including counselling, recreation and social supports, financial assistance, and education.

So yes, it’s a classic-rock spectacle. But it’s also one of those increasingly rare nights where the singalong means something beyond the encore. Big songs, big emotion, and a cause that gives the whole thing a little more weight.
